Service Description

Ulash.uz provides a platform for uploading and sharing files in PDF, PPTX, and DOCX formats. Files are stored temporarily (maximum 24 hours) and are accessible only with a password.

User Obligations

When using our service, you agree to:

Not upload any materials that are prohibited or illegal under Uzbekistan law and international laws.
Respect and not infringe upon the rights of other users.
Upload only materials that you own or have the right to upload.
Not attempt to circumvent security measures in the use of the service.
Not upload viruses, malicious code, or other harmful software.

All materials uploaded to Ulash.uz remain the property of their respective owners. Ulash.uz respects your intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. You agree not to upload materials that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Limitations of Liability

Ulash.uz provides its service "as is." We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by law, Ulash.uz:

Is not liable for any losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
Provides no warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Is not responsible for the loss, corruption, theft, or unauthorized access of uploaded files.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your access to our service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
